School Uniform

Uniform is worn at Hopton C of E Primary Academy to develop a sense of pride in being a member of the Hopton School community.

Hopton School crew neck sweatshirt or cardigan (Navy)	Optional
A plain crew neck sweatshirt or cardigan (Navy)	Required
Grey or black long trousers, skirts or shorts	Required
Blue / white gingham pinafore dress (Summer)	Optional
Blue polo shirt with Hopton logo	Optional
Blue polo shirt	Required
Smart black shoes or fully black trainers with black soles	Required
Grey, black or white socks	Required
Grey or black tights	Required
Navy book bag	Required
Welly Boots	Required

PE uniform:

Hopton logo t- shirt	Optional
Plain blue t-shirt	Required
Navy blue or black PE shorts or jogging bottoms.	Required
Black trainers with black soles	Required
Navy or black plain jumper without hood due to health and safety (no logos)	Required

Children come to school in their PE kit on their PE days.

Shoes:

Children are required to wear smart black school shoes or black trainers, during the school day. They must be fully black, including the sole.
Children may choose to wear the same shoes on PE and school days, but they must be fully black.
Children should also have wellies that stay in school for playing outside in all weathers.

No jewellery should be worn in school. Your child is able to wear a watch (excluding SMART watches) but school does not take responsibility for the item)

If your child has pierced ears, small plain studs are permitted. However, these MUST be removed by the child for PE; if this is not possible then tape should be provided for the child to cover the stud.

Hairstyling:

All shoulder length / long hair must be tied back using a sensible hair accessory.

Provision of pre-loved uniform

The school hold a collection of pre-loved hand uniform should you require some support with any items. This is available on request at the school office.

Hopton C of E Primary Academy welcomes any donations of used uniforms to support the community.
